1 Service-Based Projects

Due to the time and effort invested:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Payments made for completed work are non-refundable.
• If a project is canceled by the client after work has started, no refund will be issued for work already completed.

2 Digital Products

All digital product purchases are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the product has been delivered.

3 Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued in cases of duplicate payments or technical errors.
